Official partner of the airport operator since 2011. Effortless airport journeys across Türkiye main airports.
Welcome to Istanbul Meet & Greet Service, the premier provider of professional airport assistance and VIP concierge services. Founded by industry experts with decades of experience in Turkish aviation and tourism, we were established to solve a single challenge: making the transit through one of the world's largest and busiest airports — Istanbul Airport (IST) — seamless, secure, and stress-free.
At Istanbul Meet & Greet, we don't just offer a service; we provide a masterclass in airport logistics.
Our team is comprised of seasoned hospitality professionals who undergo rigorous training in airport security protocols, terminal navigation, and diplomatic etiquette. With thousands of successful arrivals and departures managed annually, our experience allows us to navigate the complexities of IST, from private buggy coordination to fast-track immigration bypasses, ensuring you never waste a minute.
Istanbul Meet & Greet Service is Prometheus Tour's assistance service operating at Istanbul, Bodrum, Dalaman, and Antalya airports. We bear the legal obligations of both Türkiye and the United Kingdom and conduct our operations accordingly.
We operate in strict accordance with the regulations set by İGA (Istanbul Grand Airport) and civil aviation authorities, ensuring that every "Fast Track" and "VIP Meet" is conducted through official, legal channels.
Effortless airport journeys in Türkiye — meet & greet, fast track, lounges and private transfers.
